Our two comfortable first floor B&B accommodations are adjacent to the farmhouse with their own private entrances:  The Cider Mill with oak beams and super-spacious bathroom, and The Orchard Suite with a small sitting room and kitchenette.

Our well-appointed self-catering cabins are a new venture for 2025. With king sized beds, spacious living area, comfortable and well equipped, they can be booked for any stay three nights or longer.

Pengethley Garden Centre, Herefordshire’s premier destination for all your gardening needs. Nestled in the heart of the countryside, we offer an extensive selection of plants, tools, and outdoor decor to inspire and elevate your garden space. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just starting out, our knowledgeable staff is here to help you every step of the way. Open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 11am to 4pm.

Our Coffee Shop offers a huge selection of coffee & teas plus scrumptious homemade hot and cold lunches (11.30am to 2.30pm), cakes and scones.

The Riverside Cafe

The Riverside Inn, Wye Street is currently a Riverside Café serving James Gourmet Coffee, offering Breakfast 8am-11am & Lunch 11:30-3pm; making the most of our fresh, local Herefordshire produce. Open 7 days a week, 8am-5pm. The Riverside Inn, Bar & Restaurant coming Spring/Summer 2025.

The Hope & Anchor

The Hope & Anchor is a beautiful riverside pub and restaurant situated in the heart of Ross-On-Wye. The Pub is open seven days a week serving wholesome home-made pub food, wood-fired pizzas, local ales, and fine wine, plus we are dog friendly. The adjacent Pavilion restaurant and bar offers brunch, afternoon teas, fine dining, and cocktails. We also have The Hut serving home-made cakes, hot drinks, and ice creams. 

In addition, we are available for private event hire including Christmas parties, weddings, wakes and corporate events.

The Bridge House

The hotel is situated right on banks of the River Wye with iconic views of Ross from the garden. With direct access to the river walks bobbing along the water. you will find a proliferation of wildlife and on most days there are fishermen along the banks and every variety of river birds.

As Autumn is upon us our garden and the surrounding countryside is changing colour. In the morning enjoy our sumptuous breakfast in the breakfast room. The views from the terrace promise to be flooded with beautiful sunrises, autumn mists hanging over the river and greens, reds and oranges as we move seasons.

Orles Barn

Matt and Roxy offer a warm welcome at this 17th Century barn nestled in the picturesque Wye Valley.
Orles Barn dates from the 14th century when it was one of a number of farm buildings on this site. The only surviving part of the original structure is the former apple store. The low wall that edges the front lawn is the remains of a long building in which wooden clogs were once made for locals and passing workers.

The Wyelding Wild Camping

The King’s Head

The Kings Head, which dates back to the 14th century, is situated in the most picturesque street in the centre of Ross. The Kings Head has open fireplaces and a wealth of oak beams. Occasionally there have been reports of ghosts and the clatter of horses from time past. We aim to bring the warmth of welcome and hospitality of a bygone age with convenience of the 22nd Century.

The Red Lion & Gardens

Situated on the A49 just 4 miles from the M50, 2 miles from Ross-on-Wye The Red Lion is a country pub which serves a menu using locally produced meat, vegetables and fruits. Taken over in August 2012, Dave Rapson, a superb chef, produces menus to suit all. Sunday Roasts include Sirloin of Beef, Loin of Pork, Leg of Lamb and Succulent Chicken. All served with freshly cooked vegetables and crunchy roast potatoes (from the field next door!), light and crispy Yorkshire puddings and to top the dinner, a gravy fit for Royalty.
